Head of Service Delivery
James was a school leader in both mainstream and alternative provision for over 15 years, experiencing first hand the budget and staffing constraints on a school. James led his previous school through the pandemic and knows how tired and under appreciated the workforce currently feels. James strongly believes that Omnijo can provide better value for money to schools, giving students access to high quality extended workforce workers.

Having worked in education recruitment for several years Ollie had become jaded with the normalisation of unfair practise, the lack of transparency that existed in the industry and the disingenuous messaging of agencies. Joining Omnijo gave him the opportunity to use his experience in a positive manner, to effect change and truly improve conditions for teachers and schools alike.

With 30+ years' teaching and leadership experience, in the Early Years and Primary sectors, Karen is well-equipped to identify the people and skills required to build these teams within schools and settings ensuring that all learners have the access to education they deserve.

Tania has worked in school settings for over 20 years, most recently as a primary school Headteacher. She is passionate about delivering high quality opportunities to the children and staff in our schools. Tania made the move to Omnijo as she believes in the benefits which can be offered to schools, teachers and teaching assistants to give them the best possible experiences.
